CONTINUUM is an international and long-term visionary research project in art, design, new technologies and science that offers a kind of observatory for our pandemic, climate and war crises. It will create a new space of thought, a kind of melting pot of reflections and associations, bringing together different disciplines and different lines of research.

ARTos House, in the framework of the Creative Europe programme and the "CONTINUUM" project, organizes a lecture on "Biodynamic Agriculture".
‎

A relevant practical workshop will take place during Autumn-Winter 2024 on a plantation/garden outside the city.
‎

It is said that we are what we eat and what we think. This is true in many ways. Adopting new practices in our food production can bring benefits to our society.
‎

Experts in biodynamic agriculture will present good practices and will discuss the influence of the lunar and cosmic rhythms, of the gravity and the quantum state of water on the performance, growth and quality of plants entering our food chain and the importance of planning farming activities according to the natural cycles.
‎

Traditional and new innovative practices will also be presented, such as aeroponics, rooftop gardening and micro-production of local food, which can positively affect our quality of life.
‎

In the coming autumn-winter 2024, when the weather conditions are more favorable, a relevant practical workshop will take place on a rural plantation/garden outside the city, which will be announced in time for registration.
‎

The aim of the lecture and the practical workshop is, among other things, to highlight the importance of a multidisciplinary approach for quality food production with less negative impact on the environment, based on new scientific data and technologies as well as the revival of old practices.
‎

The lecture and workshop are addressed to professionals who wish to update or enrich their knowledge and engage in dialogue with other experts.
‎

They are also addressed to those passionate with gardening and agriculture who produce or wish to produce their own food, which is a growing trend nowadays.
‎

The lecture will be live streamed and/or video recorded so that more participants can access it.
‎

Το ARTos House, στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος Creative Europe και του σχεδίου “CONTINUUM” διοργανώνει διάλεξη με θέμα «Βιοδυναμική Γεωργία».
‎

Σχετικό πρακτικό εργαστήρι θα διεξαχθεί μέσα στο Φθινόπωρο-Χειμώνα 2024 σε αγρόκτημα εκτός πόλης.
‎

Λέγεται ότι είμαστε αυτό που τρώμε και αυτό που σκεφτόμαστε. Αυτό ισχύει με πολλούς τρόπους. Η υιοθέτηση νέων πρακτικών στην παραγωγή των τροφίμων μας μπορεί να επιφέρει οφέλη στην κοινωνία μας.
‎

Εμπειρογνώμονες στη βιοδυναμική γεωργία θα παρουσιάσουν καλές πρακτικές και θα συζητήσουν την επίδραση των σεληνιακών και κοσμικών ρυθμών, της βαρύτητας και της κβαντικής κατάστασης του νερού στην απόδοση, την ανάπτυξη και την ποιότητα των φυτών που εισέρχονται στην τροφική μας αλυσίδα και τη σημασία του σχεδιασμού των γεωργικών δραστηριοτήτων σύμφωνα με τους φυσικούς κύκλους.
‎

Θα παρουσιαστούν επίσης παραδοσιακές και νέες καινοτόμες πρακτικές, όπως η αεροπονική, η κηπουρική σε στέγες και η μικροπαραγωγή τοπικών τροφίμων, οι οποίες μπορούν να επηρεάσουν θετικά την ποιότητα ζωής μας.
‎

Μέσα στο ερχόμενο φθινόπωρο – χειμώνα 2024 που οι καιρικές συνθήκες είναι ευνοϊκότερες, θα ακολουθήσει σχετικό πρακτικό εργαστήριο σε αγρόκτημα εκτός πόλης, το οποίο θα ανακοινωθεί εγκαίρως για εκδήλωση ενδιαφέροντος.
‎

Στόχος της διάλεξης και του πρακτικού εργαστηρίου είναι μεταξύ άλλων η ανάδειξη της σημασίας μιας διεπιστημονικής προσέγγισης για την ποιοτική παραγωγή τροφίμων με λιγότερες αρνητικές επιπτώσεις για το περιβάλλον, με βάση νέα επιστημονικά δεδομένα και τεχνολογίες αλλά και αναβίωση παλιών πρακτικών.
‎

Η διάλεξη και το εργαστήριο απευθύνεται σε επαγγελματίες που επιθυμούν να επικαιροποιήσουν ή να εμπλουτίσουν τις γνώσεις τους και να εμπλακούν σε διάλογο με άλλους εμπειρογνώμονες.
‎

Απευθύνονται επίσης σε παθιασμένους με την κηπουρική και γεωργία που παράγουν ή επιθυμούν να παράγουν τα δικά τους τρόφιμα, κάτι που αποτελεί μια αυξανόμενη τάση στις μέρες μας.
‎

Η διάλεξη θα μεταδοθεί σε ζωντανή ροή ή/και θα βιντεοσκοπηθεί, ώστε να μπορέσουν περισσότεροι συμμετέχοντες να έχουν πρόσβαση σε αυτήν.
