SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY: Dr. Marina Theodotou is the Executive Director of the Center for Frontier AI Security and an organizational change expert in the strategic intersection of AI, defense, and leadership. Previously she served as the Executive Director of the Defense Innovation Board at the Pentagon, where she also co-led the assessment of the AI race between the United States and China. In her work in national security in government, the private sector, and academia she is building mission-driven solutions for senior leaders charged with AI-First and tackling complex challenges at the intersection of national security, AI, and organizational change. An award-wining leader, author, speaker and thought leader, Dr. Theodotou holds a doctorate in organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California.
