The Interstellar Science Educational and Cultural Institute is hosted at ARTos and is dedicated to advancing scientific literacy and cultural understanding in the fields of space, astronomy, and the broader universe. The Institute maintains active collaborations with the European Space Agency (ESA) and NASA, and has established formal agreements with universities, centers of excellence, and independent research organizations in Cyprus and internationally, including partnerships with relevant governmental departments. Functioning as the scientific partner of the Troodos Observatory, the Institute delivers astronomy courses, public lectures, workshops, and a range of scientific engagement activities focused on space science and cosmology. It is currently developing a ground-based satellite data processing station to further expand its research and educational capabilities.
